Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support across multiple projects, collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure all objectives are met.
- Review and edit technical documentation for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project standards.
- Organize, track, and manage project data; maintain accurate records to support effective decision-making.
- Prioritize and balance multiple tasks, often with competing deadlines, to keep projects on track.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and problem resolution.
- Take initiative and work independently to resolve challenges, drive results, and improve project processes.
- Leverage MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for project documentation, data management, and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of project support experience
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree or higher in business or technical field preferred
- Strong skills in reviewing and editing technical documentation
- Ability to obtain or hold a DoD secret security clearance
- Excellent data management, critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated initiative and capacity to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Highly organized, with the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
