Project Analyst

THE HIGH LEVEL

The Project Analyst will be supporting the Professional Services Operating Unit in providing the planning, direction, and coordination of logistical activities required by projects for our customers within the Civilian, Commercial, & Health Operating Unit. The Project Analyst will ensure that the Project Manager(s) have detailed reports for their customers pertaining to the goals and objectives of the projects as defined within the executed Purchase Order, Statement of Work (SOW), and/or Customer Contract.  This position requires a proven track record for creating efficiencies especially in relation to automation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, technicians, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages open communication
• Execute monthly & weekly reports process for the Project managers
• Asset management and reporting for newly shipped assets
• Service contract renewal reporting
• ARW reporting: 30/60/90 day reports and client/ PM reporting

Documentation, Tracking, and Quality Assurance:

• SNOW Account Management as it pertains to your assigned project reporting
• Continuing self-audits to ensure there are no outstanding assets that haven’t been created/uploaded

• Conduct regular quality checks and reviews to validate that reporting artifacts meet specifications.

• Understand and apply the Iron Bow Project Management Methodology processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation as it pertains to this position.
• Additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 2 - 5 years working logistics or IT implementations for commercial and/or Government customers in a technical setting is desired.
• Proven track record for creating efficiencies especially in relation to automation
• Adhering to regulations, performance obligations within contractual agreements, and meeting deadlines are just another day on the job for you.
• People naturally gravitate to you and want to work for you.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

• You have the ability to work independently and in a matrixed team environment
• Your attention to detail is impeccable
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• CAPM certification desired
• ITIL certification preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• CMMI certification preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This position is remote but may require 10% travel.
