As a key member of the Diagnostics Atlantic Division, the Project Analyst will offer strategic guidance and support across a range of projects, evaluating different approaches to enhance decision-making for management. Their insights will help shape more informed and effective business strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Research & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on complex projects. This involves understanding process methodologies, financial implications, and technical applications, and using that knowledge to identify improvements.
  • Recommendations & Implementation: Propose changes to management and may also be responsible for putting new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processes into practice.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across various departments, including operations, finance, technical teams, sales, and administration.
  • Problem-Solving: Independently analyze and solve a wide range of issues.
  • Organization: Manage multiple processes and procedures as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Preparation for Meetings: Collect and prepare information for meetings and discussions.
  • Documentation: Prepare high-quality documents, including reports, presentations, emails, and agreements.
  • Correspondence: Compose and manage correspondence independently, as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare materials and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Address complex problems requiring detailed analysis.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact for the South Atlantic team, supporting the leadership team with meeting arrangements, travel, and logistical planning.
  • Records Compliance: Ensure adherence to records retention policies.
  • Independent Judgment: Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on new assignments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internal Labcorp experience highly preferred

Requirements:

  • Requires at least an associate's degree or 5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
