We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to support project execution, reporting, and decision-making. The role will partner closely with Project Managers and leadership stakeholders to track progress, analyze project data, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive timely and effective project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in maintaining standardization across project processes and proactively identifying and reporting issues.

  • Collect, validate, and analyze project data to generate meaningful insights for project reviews and informed decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to present project status, trends, KPIs, and performance metrics.

  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional status updates, presentations, and summaries for project teams and leadership.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up on action items and accurate reporting of project progress.

  • Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and proactively recommend practical, data-driven solutions.

What You Need:

Required Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Project Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams, while effectively navigating conflict and driving alignment.

  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools to manage and analyze data, and to develop project health dashboards and reports.

  • Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and reporting practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a B.Tech., B.E., MBA, or an equivalent qualification in technology, business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
