Position Overview:
The Project Analyst will be compiling statistical information, and communicating with all levels of company personnel to gather and convey information. They support and provide assistance on specific business, management, scientific, operational, engineering, technical, policy, and professional issues. Key responsibilities include: Participating, advising, contributing, preparing and/or presenting briefings on business, management, technology, operational initiatives, policy formulation, professional or strategic goals. This role is contingent upon task order award.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Project Analyst will support Quality Control and help drive the improvements of the Modernization Center of TSA’s Office of Human Capital (Operations Division) by assisting with program monitoring and validating performance data/standards through tracking and reporting activities within the Personnel Futures Program (PFP). This specialist must have demonstrated experience in the areas of data collection from multiple sources and building visual data reports, such as dashboards.
- Meet with Modernization Center Stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges
- Retrieve performance-related data from multiple Government systems and align the data based on the current processes and SOPs
- Perform data integration of the data being pulled from multiple databases (including but not limited to SharePoint)
- Develop reports that show data discrepancies and help the Government make informed decisions about Performance Standards and Program Planning
- Provide consultation for data collection, standardization, metrics, sample sizes, audits, etc.
- Assist multiple teams with organizing and reporting their data for measuring Performance Standards
- Support the planning and strategizing of data reporting processes for new implementations
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience managing producing, managing, and reporting on project data
- Proven experience supporting program management and program monitoring
- Demonstrated experience collecting and reporting on data from multiple sources using data reporting tools
- Experience working with performance data is preferred but not required
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding is preferred but not required
- DHS experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work onsite at the TSA HQ in Springfield, VA as requested
