The Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support day to day business activities of the East Services and Projects Team. This is a permanent role based in our Artarmon office in Sydney. This role requires exceptional time management and organisational skills with previous experience in a site admin/mobilisation role ideal.
Requirements
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Proven experience in providing wide ranging administrative support to a project team, including operational field staff and management.
- Flight and Travel Booking
- Project procurement support
- Resource allocation and reporting with planning team.
- Training monitoring
- General filing and record keeping
- Microsoft Word - Advanced
- Microsoft Excel – Intermediate
- Support operational teams with resource allocations, mobilization and demobilisation of project teams in accordance with client requirements and systems.
- Provide one point of contact between operational and recruitment teams to ensure effective sourcing and mobilization of project teams
- Working knowledge of InEight, Primavera, Kronos, NAV or similar systems – advantage
