ERM is looking for a Project Administrator.
The Role:
The Project Administrator ensures accurate, timely and value added support to the team necessities (e.g. travel, invoicing, document management…). The role ensures the support to the Partner Lead, Team Lead and Project Managers in all their administrative activities.
Role responsibilities:
- Support invoice preparation and invoicing
- Support with travel reservations
- Support preparation of meetings
- Actively support on administrative tasks e.g. proposal preparation, marketing materials, documents for internal compliance, keeping team CVs updated, track team certificates/licenses/mandatory training requirements, etc.
- Support Project Managers with e.g. preparation of subcontracts, chain-of-custodies, preparation of deliverables
- Preparation of PowerBI Dashboards/Reports for Team finance data
- Support workload planning/forecasting and prepare/maintain PowerBI Dashboard/Report
The successful candidate shall ideally have:
- We are seeking for a candidate with enthusiasm to develop a career in an environmental sustainability consulting firm.
- Ideally, background should be in business administration, project management or a related field (minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree).
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with MS Office (specifically with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Word)
- High level of English, both verbally and in writing. German skills are beneficial but no must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy.
