Job Description
The Project Administrator is a key player in managing the contractual aspects of our project portfolio. They are responsible for the physical and financial administration of the project, working alongside Project Managers from order intake to project delivery to the client. Main responsibilities include:
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct a critical analysis of customer orders or contracts to verify compliance with the terms and conditions of issued proposals and RA's internal controls.
- Register, track, and review Service/Project Contracts in the ERP system.
- Review actual project costs, maintain the backlog updated, and validate estimated dates and milestones within the project.
- Monitor and control project billing, including obtaining billing milestone approvals from PMs or clients.
- Participate in kick-off meetings (KOM) and project review meetings.
- Ensure costs and revenues are recognized in the same period according to the applied methodology, and provide early warnings about risks that could affect recognition.
- Provide all necessary information to the billing team for consolidating the backlog report for forecasting purposes.
- Collect and analyze supporting documentation for project closures, as per the defined process in RA's internal controls.
- Validate order intake and revenue recognition reports.
- Support the purchase requisition process, maintaining interaction with the GEC and purchasing teams.
- Interface with internal and external clients regarding service billing and other administrative topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
