Competitive Range Solutions requires the expertise of a talented and experienced Project Administrator to assist in directing and managing the program’s executive support group. The candidate must reference their ability and experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a government multi-contractor team.
The Project Administrator role is essential for the smooth operation of our Rapid Response Team, ensuring that urgent needs are met with efficiency and precision. The Project Administrator will support the backbone of our mission-critical operations, ensuring that our teams are well-coordinated, and our documentation is impeccable. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen understanding of maintaining network connectivity and equipment in a high-stakes environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Rapid Response Team, ensuring efficient operation and response to urgent incidents.
- Act as a liaison between the Rapid Response Team and other teams within the organization, including the JNOSC Core Engineering Team, Service Restoral Team, TACLANE Team, Service Response Team, and the MAC team, to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
- Assist in maintaining all documentation related to equipment installation, maintenance, patching, and cabling in accordance with DoD-approved standards. Ensure that architecture drawings and standards are readily available and updated.
- Assist the Rapid Response Team Monthly Report, detailing work performed, man-hours, and materials used to support the month's requirements. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in submission.
- Support the Crisis Management Teams (CMT) by assisting with cost transfers and updating user agreements with the customer base.
- Monitor and track project progress, deadlines, and milestones and report any potential delays or issues to the project management team.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Proven experience in administrative support or project administration, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with network connectivity, equipment maintenance, and the operational requirements of a rapid response team is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and potential future site expansions.
Education/Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED. Relevant associate degree preferred.
