DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Administrator in our Carpentry Department in our Olathe, Kansas office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing project documents, project correspondence, and billing.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Set up and maintain files on sold projects
- Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects
- Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.
- Prepare project audits for management review at project completion
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Excel experience is required
- Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and reasoning skills
- Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
