Position Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Administrator to join a high-impact data center construction project in West Texas. This is not your typical office-based role—this project sits at the forefront of critical infrastructure development, supporting the digital backbone that powers everything from cloud computing to AI. You’ll be part of a team building a facility that plays a direct role in shaping how data is stored, processed, and delivered at scale. It’s fast-paced, highly coordinated work with real, tangible impact.
The Project Administrator provides comprehensive operational leadership with a primary focus on site infrastructure and team optimization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of site trailers and facilities, strategic procurement of office supplies, and the implementation of systems that drive overall team productivity. Acts as the central hub for ensuring the physical and digital work environment is fully equipped and functioning at peak effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Support the Program Director and project leadership with day-to-day administrative operations

Provide general administrative support to project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure they have the tools and information needed

Oversight of all site trailers, including mobilization, layout optimization, maintenance scheduling, and space assignments to ensure a professional and functional work environment.

Proactive management of office supply chains; identifying needs, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining inventory levels to prevent any operational downtime.

Monitoring project staff workflows and action trackers to identify bottlenecks; implementing tools and processes that enhance the team’s overall output and effectiveness.

Managing the logistical side of new hire integration, ensuring all personnel have the immediate resources, space, and equipment needed to be productive from Day 1.

Creating and maintaining formal operational logs, inventory records, and productivity reports for project leadership.
Skills/Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field, or prior exposure to mid- to large-scale construction firms preferred.

Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

CMiC experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Standing/Walking/Sitting
- Legs: Must be able to climb stairs
- Hands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use
- Vision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination
