At RitterTech, our Project Administrator is the operational backbone connecting our engineering, production, and procurement teams on active projects. You will manage data in our ERP system, coordinate project documentation and schedules, facilitate communication between shop floor and stakeholders, and keep deliverables on track from start to finish. This is an on-site role that puts you at the center of how we execute for our customers every day.

What You'll Do

Project Coordination and Documentation

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and support the development of appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Support project engineers in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.

ERP Data Management and Shop Floor Support

  • Manage and maintain accurate data within the MRP/ERP system across active projects.
  • Provide shop floor associates with the required manufacturing documents; upon order completion, scan and file documents in accordance with record retention guidelines.
  • Act as liaison between production and procurement to identify supply shortages and coordinate timely delivery to meet customer demand.

Communication and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Keep all parties informed on status, changes, and upcoming needs to prevent delays and maintain alignment.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn ERP/MRP systems used in a production or distribution environment.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work comfortably in a warehouse and office environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in project administration, operations coordination, or a related role in manufacturing or industrial distribution.
  • Familiarity with production planning software or ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
