EVS is seeking a Manager of Project Administration to lead and elevate the financial and operational performance of our project administration function.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on driving efficiency, shaping processes, and developing high-performing teams, while ensuring the financial health of the organization remains strong and predictable.

Oversee project setup, billing, and AR performance, ensuring 100% compliance with billing deadlines and contracts.

Lead and develop a team of project administrators, building clarity, accountability, and future leadership.

Develop a deep understanding of AR statuses and provide concise summaries to leadership to assist with collections.

Drive accurate, timely invoicing and improved cash flow by reducing aging AR by following escalation processes.

Build and refine workflows, SOPs, and controls that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Partner closely with Project Managers, Finance, and Operations to align project execution with financial outcomes.

Use financial data and KPIs to inform decisions, forecast trends, and provide insights to leadership.

Experience leading project setup, project administration, billing, AR, or financial operations in a project-based or professional services environment and being able to troubleshoot and solve issues.

Strong understanding of contract-based billing, accounts receivable, and project financial coordination.

Proficiency in Excel, Deltek Ajera, Deltek Vantagepoint, or other financial or ERP systems on a project/accounting level.

A track record of improving processes, driving accuracy, and managing high volume workflows.

Confident, collaborative leadership style with strong communication and coaching skills.
