We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support the delivery of mission‑critical data centre projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring project governance, documentation, scheduling, and coordination activities are executed to a high standard across multiple stakeholders, including engineering, construction, vendors, and internal teams.You will work closely with Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly, on time, and in compliance with data centre standards and processes.

About the Job:
Provide administrative and coordination support across data centre construction and/or infrastructure projects
Maintain accurate project documentation, registers, trackers, and reporting dashboards
Support project planning activities including schedules, milestones, resource tracking, and action logs
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track actions to closure
Manage document control processes (drawings, approvals, changes, versions)
Assist with procurement administration including PO tracking, vendor documentation, and compliance records
Support risk, issue, and change management processes
Ensure adherence to project governance, health & safety, and site procedures
Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required
About You:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
Project management certification or training (e.g. PRINCE2, CAPM) is an advantage but not essential
Previous experience in a Project Administrator / Project Coordinator role
Exposure to data centre, construction, engineering, or critical infrastructure projects is highly desirable
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, SharePoint) is an advantage
Confident communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders and site teams
Able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
