KBR is looking for a Project Admin for a maintenance project to be based in Abu Dhabi and moving to Ruwais Site.
Job Descriptions
- Arrange timely offshore and Onshore training and medical for all project employees as required by the project.
- Arranging PPE for all project employees as required by the project.
- Responsible for Administration, Camp, Store, Transport & Facilities.
- Handling complete Labor Camp / Accommodation (Inspection/Maintenance) to ensure that hygiene and health and safety regulations are met.
- Manpower Mobilization and Demobilization coordination.
- Arranging CNIA Pass for employees and Vehicles.
- Maintaining Staff data, Leave Register & leave applications of all the employees.
- Monitoring and reporting daily idle manpower to Operations Department.
- Payroll In charge: Heading Salary Process for multiple onshore and offshore projects. Taking care of monthly payroll, attendance, sick leave, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and common office applications.
- Keeping all tracker records of on boarding in ADNOC system and Training, Medical and PPE.
- Bachelors / Diploma is required
- English and Arabic Typing experience is a must
