In this role, you will:
- Supports project financial records maintenance and ensures that project financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensures the accuracy of project entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
- Supports projects with overall accounting and financial activities to measure and monitor project financial performance.
- Assists lead in maintaining Concur, by ensuring that reports are processed and projects are added.
- Helps lead month close procedures.
- Review and approve supplier invoices related to a project.
- Audit project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
- Prepares complex project balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other project financial reports with financial data.

- You have at least 5 years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience.
- You are an Excel wizard.
- You possess and display integrity beyond reproach.
- Material Handling Industry experience preferred.
