IBMC is assisting a client in hiring a vital project finance professional. Our client is a premier real estate and luxury villa development group dedicated to crafting high-end, buildable, and culturally aligned properties across Southeast Asia. Powering rigorous cost allocation and financial integrity, they are expanding their corporate operational structure across key regional paradise destinations.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, accurate, and autonomous Project Accountant (Real Estate / Villa Development) to take ownership of the financial control for specific villa construction projects. Your goal is to ensure all construction expenditures are properly recorded, fully documented, and aligned with agreed project scopes and budgets.

- Purchase Order Administration: Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders in close coordination with site logistics, technical teams, and procurement managers.
- Project Cost Tracking: Record and categorize all project-related expenditures, ensuring strict cost allocation against designated work breakdown structures and budgets.
- Financial Control & Documentation: Maintain complete audit trails for project finances, verifying that all certifications, tax invoices, and sign-offs are secured prior to disbursement.
- Project Manager Support: Collaborate directly with the Project Manager to monitor project burn rates, review cost variances, and provide clear financial visibility into site operations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Proven track record in project accounting, cost control, or financial administration—ideally within construction, civil engineering, or real estate development projects.
Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of payment processing workflows, purchase order lifecycle management, and project cost tracking.
Budget Alignment: Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and reconcile actual costs against contract scopes.
Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP or specialized accounting software suites (experience with project-based financial systems is a plus).
Communication & Language: Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact with contractors, suppliers, and internal management.
Soft Skills & Autonomy: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate independently when managing financial records.
Presence & Mobility: Currently based in Lombok or fully open to relocating to a permanent, on-site position in Lombok, Indonesia.
Nice-to-Haves / Bonus Points

Competitive Package: Salary commensurate with experience and standard benefits in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations.
