Track project financial performance, including profit and loss, balance sheets, revenue, costs, accruals, budgets, and forecasts. Investigate discrepancies and risks, prepare recurring financial reports, support audits and regulatory submissions, and provide financial inputs for management and board presentations. Partner with business controllers, analysts, finance teams, procurement, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and improve forecasting, reporting, and data-capture processes.

Responsibilities
- Track project performance through profit & loss, balance sheet, and key financial metrics to ensure healthy financial standing.
- Ensure accurate and timely accruals of project revenue and costs, including reviewing purchase requisitions before approval.
- Investigate financial discrepancies and promptly highlight potential risks to Business Controller and Business Analyst.
- Conduct financial analysis of project outcomes and assess impact on the overall business unit performance.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with Business Unit and Group Finance requirements.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts while ensuring adherence to timelines and data accuracy for all reporting levels.
- Support audits and prepare financial inputs for board papers, regulatory submissions, or management presentations.
- Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders to resolve financial reporting and project-related queries.
- Collaborate with finance teams to identify and implement enhancements in forecasting, reporting, and data capture processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- 4 to 6 years working experience in financial and project accounting.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the finance and accounting domain.
