Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Compensation: $22–$24 per hour (DOE)
Job Summary
As a Programs Specialist at Selkirk Sport, you’ll help keep our sponsorship programs organized and running smoothly. You’ll support our sponsored players by managing accounts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that takes pride in delivering great experiences for our players and partners. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes. You’ll use a variety of digital tools (training provided) to support our Programs team and ensure our players receive top-notch service.
This is a fully onsite position based at our Coeur d'alene, ID. headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records for over 500 sponsored players using our internal databases and tools.
- Process player kit orders and respond to inquiries through email and our support system.
- Update player accounts, track renewals, and help manage sponsorship documentation.
- Review and organize reimbursement requests to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Work closely with the Programs Manager and other departments to keep sponsorship programs on track.
- Use tools like Airtable, spreadsheets, and online forms to manage data and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Comfortable learning and using software tools such as spreadsheets, Airtable, Zapier, and online form builders (like Jotform).
- Familiarity with creating or maintaining automated workflows is a plus, but we’ll provide training.
- Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to improve processes.
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and confidence working with data.
- Experience with contracts or a willingness to learn.
