Programs Manager III

E11C  AFS, Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A master's degree and two years of professional experience
  • OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager reports to the program Administrator and oversees a team of Program Field Representatives who conduct detailed reviews of SNAP casework.  
  • This role is responsible for ensuring that all reviews are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with agency policy and federal SNAP regulations.
  • The Program Manager translates agency goals into actionable team outcomes, coaches field staff, and uses data to drive training and performance improvement.
