E11C AFS, Annual Salary $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits
Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A master's degree and two years of professional experience
- OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education
Job Responsibilities:
- The School-Based Program Manager is responsible for the effective implementation and coordination of the statewide School-Based Partnerships Program. This position serves as the liaison with school district administrators to ensure alignment with school-based program goals, compliance with district & state policies, and long-term partnership sustainability. The Program Manager provides direct supervision to Program Field Representatives (PFRs), who ensure effective service delivery at school sites by offering coaching, managing output, and facilitating operational support for School-Based Family Specialists (SBFS).
