E11C Annual Salary $62,235.40+ Full State Employee Benefits

Travel is Occasional: Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required care insurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A master's degree and two years of professional experience
  • OR a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional-level experience in the above-listed areas for each year of the required education

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the supervision of the federally mandated SNAP Quality Control (QC) Unit and Reviews and assist the Quality Management Administrator with all facets of the QC system. This includes coordination and case accuracy determinations of SNAP QC cases via training, policy interpretation, re-review of all cases, and direct supervision of Program Field Representative employees who perform the QC field reviews on randomly sampled SNAP cases.  Review and approve case review assignments.  Audit case review accuracy.  Ensure the validity of the QC Reviews and must eliminate sources of bias.
