JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
What You Will Do with JT4 - Job Duties and Essential Functions
The Full Stack Software Developer III will interpret user stories, requirements, procedures, and will design & build business and test management applications, building both the frontend user interface and the backend business logic.
Required Experience:

Job Duties:
- Design, development, and Integration with backend APIs
- With direction from the supervisor and development lead, implement features and user interface elements to ensure the application operates and performs as designed
- Assist with gathering requirements from stakeholders and creating user stories, tasks, and subtasks based on those requirements
- Communicate effectively both in-person and using electronic collaboration tools (email, chat, video and audio calling)
REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming; or equivalent technical training from an accredited academic institution, completion of a recognized certification program, or equivalent experience and demonstrated skills, knowledge, and technical competence in computer programming. Possess six (6) years of additional related experience. Must have demonstrated proficiency with required computer languages and have a good understanding of computer systems including networks, servers, and personal computer.
In addition, a Programmer III must possess the following qualifications:
- Must possess planning and organizing skills and be able to work under deadlines
- Must possess verbal and written communication skills sufficient to permit interaction with other employees as well as taking work direction from senior Programmers or Supervisors
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance up to Top Secret with Special Access.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD IAM Level II certification (CompTIA Security+) certification within 180 days of date hired. To complete each of these tasks, the candidate must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance
- Must possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license
- Must be a U.S. citizen
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $86,000 to $110,000 annually.
