Position: Programming Analyst
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Programming Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our IT and Client Services teams by delivering high-quality data exchange solutions and reporting services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges, collaborating across teams, and making a real impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key communicator between IT, management, end users, and customer support teams to ensure smooth data interface operations
- Maintain and enhance the performance, accuracy, and reliability of interface and reporting applications
- Execute scheduled file processing and proactively communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support reporting needs, including import/export requests, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with data interfaces and data exchange, along with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- A proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Hands-on experience with data interface/exchange implementation
- Experience creating Crystal Reports using complex data structures
- Experience in a collections environment is a plus
- Familiarity with ARTIVA is preferred but not required
