Programmer AnalystJob Description
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application systems according to defined requirements
- Support coding, debugging, and troubleshooting of software issues
- Collaborate with senior developers, system analysts, and business users to deliver system solutions
- Perform unit testing and assist in system integration testing (SIT/UAT)
- Maintain system documentation, including technical design and user manuals
- Provide production support and resolve application-related issues
- Ensure applications comply with coding standards and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in programming or software development (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with database concepts (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team environment
- Basic communication skills in English
