JOB SUMMARY
A rapidly growing company is seeking a Programming Analyst. We offer medical, dental, vision, life, and employer-matched 401 (401k. This position will provide data interchange and report services in support of IT and Client Services teams. A candidate should have good communication skills and have the ability to understand complex data structures and data exchange.
Essential Functions
• Communicate interface solutions and issues to key stakeholders, including management, IT teams, end users, and customer support teams.
• Maintain and enhance the performance and integrity of all new and existing interface and report applications
• Perform scheduled file processing and communicate status to appropriate internal and external contacts
• Handle reporting and import/export requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Excellent data interface experience, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and a scripting language.
• Ability to meet time deadlines while working under pressure.
• Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good business writing skills.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
Experience Required
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, and/or 3 years equivalent IT work experience
• Demonstrated experience in data interface/exchange implementation.
• Experience creating Crystal Reports using complex data structures.
• Experience in a Collection environment is preferred but not required
• Experience with ARTIVA and/or FACS is preferred but not required.
