Shared Services: MC: Enterprise Data Warehouse (Full-Time, day Shift) -
Job Summary: The Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, development and maintaining integration solutions across our enterprise application portfolio. Participates and may coordinate workflow-related issues and design, build and test interfaces between disparate systems, and support production solutions. Facilitates defining and documenting requirements using structured analysis methods and coordinates data analysis and design training sessions, as needed. Performs other duties as needed.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required or an additional seven years of related experience required in health care or information technology in lieu of degree. Minimum one year of experience required; preferably in a healthcare related field.
Knowledge and Skills: Technical knowledge of system development life cycle, database management and experience with development tools (PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode API, Integration Broker; JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XSL, WebLogic, Apache, Tuxedo) required. Experience with Interface Engine development tools (Cloverleaf, Sybase e*Biz Impact, OpenLink, OpenEngine, WebSphere, Microsoft EventHUB/Biztalk) preferred. Experience in programming languages (C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic) preferred. Experience with applications (Sun Products, Quovodax, Neon), application development, SQL-based database systems, writing SQL queries preferred. Knowledge in clinical or business/revenue cycle workflow in healthcare. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Microsoft Suite). Strong knowledge of project management software: MS Project, Access, and other project management tools. Relate and communicate positively and effectively with others; work calmly; respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate; accept direction. Deal effectively with people; elicit support from other department areas, vendors, and customers. Licensures and Certifications: As a requirement of this position you must complete Loma Linda University (LLUH) Proficiency within the designated application(s) and/or module(s) you are hired into. Must receive a cumulative passing score on the associated projects and exams and receive a passing score within three attempts on the associated exams and projects. This LLUH proficiency must be achieved within the initial 90 day probationary period. Other systems similar certification requirements may apply, and will be discussed during application and hiring process.
Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of project management software: MS Project and Microsoft Access
- Experience with Interface Engine development tools (Cloverleaf, Sybase e*Biz Impact, OpenLink, OpenEngine, WebSphere, Microsoft EventHUB/Biztalk)
- Programming experience in C#, Python, Java, Visual Basic (JavaScript already required)
- Experience with SQL-based database systems and writing SQL queries
