We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to join a team supporting HR and Financial Oracle EBS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2+, system analysis, application development, and database solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS applications.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application solutions.
- Perform production support, system administration, and maintenance.
- Execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams and business stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules.
- Experience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Azure DevOps.
- VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
- Power BI Paginated Reports, Power BI Desktop, and Dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR
- Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or financial services.
- Experience with large-scale Finance Transformation programs.
- Experience integrating multiple source systems with Oracle Accounting Hub.
- Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and SOX compliance requirements.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementations.
