Programmer Analyst – IAC23143
Formulate and define scope of systems and objectives with an understanding of software and applications programming and industry requirements. Provide recommendations for developing or modifying applications, code, programs or databases using research and fact-finding, ensuring that the delivered product meets user expectations. Operate from both a technical/programming perspective and a business point of view and communicate strategies and solutions with non-technical team members. Responsible for C# .NET development. Provide technical direction for onsite and offshore development resources. Comprehend the business objectives, challenges, strategic direction and technologies by working with stakeholders and technical resources. Write technical requirements/specifications. Participate in code reviews. Seek and build relationships to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues across the practice. Assist with technology roadmap, internal technology needs, and perform other technical related functions. Write code and test and debug software applications. Document software specifications and train users. Build web applications using Angular. Work with Angular framework. Troubleshoot and implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Work on Microsoft Azure platform, with ASP.Net and WebAPI, serverless computing, Azure SQL, Microsoft SQL server. Responsible for database development, SQL and Entity Framework.
REQUIRES: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or Accounting. Will accept 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s. 2 years experience as Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Software Test Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Lead or related.
Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
