Job DescriptionSUMMARY OF POSITION
The Programmer Analyst will serve as part of the technology team, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable system solutions. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business needs, preparing functional and technical specifications, and supporting the design, development, testing, and implementation of business applications. The Programmer Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including end-users, business systems analysts, SQL DBAs, and system administrators—to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience analyzing complex system requirements, understanding enterprise-wide workflows, and recommending improvements that align with company objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to recognize the needs of customers and create new applications that meet those needs.
- Identify ideas and concepts for the overall success of the organizational goal
- Maintain applications for use on desktop and mobile devices.
- Write database queries, functions, and procedures for the overall success of the customer’s goal.
- Meet with customers and translate requirements into explicit tasks using database/languages (Apex, PL/SQL, SQL, T-SQL, JavaScript, Python)
- Monitor and test applications.
- Debug code and troubleshoot errors and exceptions.
- Ability to understand and write programs that meet the needs of the customer
- Document changes and additions to codebase.
- Use source control where applicable.
- Be knowledgeable of latest industry developments.
- May work independently or as a team member.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Language skills
- Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
Mathematical skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, along with computing ratios, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
- Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

Pay Range: $68,640-$81,820/yr
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or related discipline (preferred).
