The Role

🍊Our mission

All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show they’re safe and effective. But today’s clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.

Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. We’re still a young company, but we’ve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 we’ve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.

We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital, with support from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.

🍊About the role

We’re looking for an exceptional Programme Operations Manager to take an operational role within our Clinical Operations team,  responsible for driving coherence and operational efficiency as well as transformation projects.  We are on a mission to improve human health by revolutionising clinical trials and this role is at the heart of how we deliver on that mission.

This role would suit someone who has experience of managing projects and process change in a fast-growing organisation. It will suit someone with strong proactivity, organisation, problem solving and communication skills.

You’ll work closely with our Programme Ops Director (Hannah Gledhill) as well as the Founders, functional leaders and our ClinOps and Product teams.

🍊About you

We’d like to hear from you if…

  • You have experience of programme or project management (or similar role) in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up - alternatively this role might suit someone from a top-tier consulting firm

  • Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders within a business

  • Strong organisational skills, including using excel, powerpoint or project management software

  • You are keen to take on a wide range of different responsibilities and excited by a role that will change over time

  • You have high agency and a bias for action

  • You are passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new health treatments are developed

You belong here! If your experience and interests match with some of the above, we want you to apply.

🍊What you’ll focus on

  • Focus area 1: Transformation projects

    • We are constantly looking to improve how we operate, and you will lead projects to drive change across Clinical Operations and the wider company. Examples might include:

      • Supporting the implementation of a “Clinical Operations University” to train the next generation of Trial Managers to lead our clinical trials

      • Helping us transform how we run trials operationally within the team, using technology, AI, processes and best practice ways of working

      • Re-designing how we forecast and resource our trials globally

  • Focus area 2: Programme management across our portfolio of trials

    • Support the cadence and programme of meetings for the global Clinical Operations team, both within the function and cross functionally with Business Development and Product

    • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring follow up of action items

    • Coordinating cross-functional ways of working with Business Development, Clinical Operations and Product

What We Do

Lindus Health is an anti-CRO running radically faster, more reliable clinical trials for life science pioneers.

We do this thanks to a commercial model that aligns incentives (fixed-price quotes per study, with milestone-based payments), marrying a world-class clinical operations team with our unique software platform, and access to 30 million Electronic Health Records. We handle the end-to-end execution of clinical studies, including design, patient recruitment, clinical data capture, monitoring and project management.

We have helped over 100 sponsors run entire clinical studies across the US, UK, and Europe up to 2x faster than traditional CROs
