Skills Required

  • Experience developing and maintaining master programmes and project schedules for construction and consultancy projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Ability to monitor progress, identify delays and risks, and propose mitigation or recovery plans
  • Experience conducting impact analysis for design changes, approvals, procurement delays, and site constraints
  • Experience preparing tender programmes, construction sequencing plans, and supporting bid teams with scheduling analysis
  • Experience preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and facilitating programme review meetings
  • Proven ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project teams on scheduling matters
