About this role:The Programme Manager - Community & Change will be a significant role within the Product Operations Team, working with others to strategically drive and oversee the end-to-end delivery of impactful change and community programmes.
Core Purpose & ImpactThis role will fall within the Change and Community team, creating a stronger sense of belonging, driving high performance, improving ways of working and increasing engagement within our globally distributed P&T community, ensuring these efforts directly align with strategic objectives and empower employee performance and innovation.
You will make sure that our global P&T community programmes, such as Hackathons, TechFest, Tech Talks, onboarding initiatives, and knowledge-sharing sessions, are not just coordinated but link to our P&T strategy and our People strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeading change programmes - Taking ownership of and driving complex change programs from the initial idea to completion. This involves breaking down big goals into manageable, multi-phase roadmaps.
Building relationships - Fostering strong connections with people at all levels within the organisation to ensure programme success.
Championing data-driven improvements - Using feedback and data to make continuous enhancements and track how effective the programmes are.
Supporting company culture - Contributing to initiatives that help grow culture, create a sense of belonging and boost employee engagement.
Proven track record - Experience in developing and executing complex programmes, especially those focused on change management and people-centric initiatives.

Great communication - The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, understand the audience and present confidently to senior leadership.
Analytical skills - Strong ability to use data to measure a programme's success.
