Programme Manager - Cloud Transformation

Are you passionate about making a difference in healthcare through technology? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team, supporting the UK's NHS National Breast Screening Services (NBSS). 

With over 10 years of experience in leading complex digital transformation programmes, you'll have a proven track record of managing multi-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, with the delivery expertise to drive our cloud transformation programme.

You'll need to be very hands on in this role with the ability to troubleshoot and rectify any issues, as and when they arise, to keep the programme on track.

With exemplary customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, you’ll be adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, end users, and third parties to achieve your objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation programmes
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful programme execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Oversee the integration of Azure technologies, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
• Manage multi-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with programme goals.
• Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with NHS standards and regulations.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Over 10 years of experience in leading digital transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Extensive experience within the NHS or similar healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of MS Azure technologies and their application in healthcare.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
