Hitachi Énergie est à la recherche de nouveaux diplômés dans le cadre de son programme canadien de rotation des diplômés Power+ qui débutera en juillet 2027. En tant que diplômé de Power+, vous ferez partie d’un parcours de carrière à temps plein, par rotation, d’une durée de 18 mois, à temps plein, dans le cadre duquel les diplômés auront l’occasion d’explorer différentes unités opérationnelles et différents emplacements. En tant que diplômé Power+, vous effectuerez une rotation tous les six mois dans au moins deux unités opérationnelles différentes pour un total de trois rotations.  Vous devrez être en mesure de voyager et de vous installer à divers endroits au Canada, avec la possibilité de participer à une rotation internationale dans le cadre du programme. 

Le programme de rotation des diplômés Power+ du Canada offre d'excellentes occasions d'apprentissage, notamment une formation sur les techniques et les produits, une expérience sur le terrain de sites industriels et une formation avec des technologies de pointe. Tout en apprenant à connaître les différentes unités opérationnelles, le diplômé dans le cadre du programme Power+ doit être en mesure de voyager ou de déménager dans divers endroits au Canada, avec des occasions potentielles à l’échelle internationale.

Votre parcours 

  • Détenir une formation en STIM (sciences, technologie, ingénierie et mathématiques) : un atout, mais non requis 

  • Être récemment diplômé universitaire (au cours des 2 dernières années) 

  • Être prêt à déménager pour 3 rotations à l’échelle du Canada 

  • Bilinguisme (anglais, français de préférence) 

  • Bonnes compétences en matière de communication - verbales et écrites 

  • Ambition et curiosité avec un large champ d'intérêt

General Information:

Hitachi Energy is seeking recent graduates to join the Canada Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting in July of 2027. As a Power+ Graduate, you will be a part of a full-time, 18-month rotational career journey where graduates will have the opportunity to explore different business units and locations. As a Power+ Graduate, you will rotate every 6 months in a least 2 different business units to complete a total of 3 rotations and must be able to travel and relocate to various locations in Canada with an opportunity for an international rotation in the program.

 

The Canada Power+ Graduate Rotational Program provides excellent learning opportunities such as technical and product training, industry site experience, and training with leading-edge technologies. Graduates will have to demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn.

Your Background:

  • STEM background preferred, but not required
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years)
  • Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across Canada.
  • Good communication skills – oral and written
  • Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest
  • Team player who is flexible and open for new ideas
