Job Description
As a Programme Coordinator Intern, you will support the execution of UOB FinLab’s innovation and capability-building programmes across ASEAN. This role offers hands-on experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and exposure to digitalisation and sustainability initiatives for SMEs.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the execution of UOB FinLab programmes and events
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on digitalisation and sustainability initiatives
Assist in strategy and tactical planning to drive engagement across platforms
Support programme launches, workshops, and networking sessions
Conduct market research and prepare data analysis reports
Manage creatives and content for marketing and communications
Assist in digital marketing, campaign coordination, website updates, and community platform engagement
Perform administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a polytechnic/degree in business, banking & finance, marketing, or a related discipline
Responsible and able to execute plans with attention to detail
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and their impact on businesses
Excellent organisational skills and analytical mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) and project management tools is a plus
Familiarity with digital platforms such as CRM systems and data analytics tools is an advantage
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
