Role Overview

The Programme Administrator, Digital & AI (6 months contract) provides coordination and administrative support for SJ Group's AI Fluency Programme and applied research initiatives within the Digital & AI Centre of Excellence (DAI CoE). 

This role keeps two high-priority programme areas running smoothly. On the AI Fluency side, the Programme Administrator coordinates training logistics, cohort management, participant communications, and platform administration across a multi-tier learning programme that serves employees at every level of the organisation. On the research side, the role supports SJ collaborations and D·AI Fab Lab by managing schedules, documentation, and deliverable tracking for joint academic-industry initiatives. 

Connecting both areas, the role supports the collection and organisation of programme data — adoption metrics, training completion, use case evidence — so that decision-makers have reliable, up-to-date information when they need it. This is a role for someone who thrives on making complex programmes work behind the scenes: keeping schedules on track, records accurate, stakeholders informed, and nothing falling through the cracks. 

The incumbent will role model the SJ Group values, ethics, and code of conduct and ensure all business activities are carried out in accordance with these guiding principles.

Role Responsibilities

  • AI Fluency Programme Coordination. Establish, maintain and continuously improve project governance, quality and control systems, and document management procedures that provide traceability, compliance and timely release of AI deliverables.  

  • Applied Research and Measurement Coordination. 

  • Research Collaboration and D·AI Fab Lab Support  

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable timely delivery of AI Fluency initiatives, and contribute to effective internal client relationship management. 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as research, analytics, social sciences, information management, public policy, engineering, science, or a related field. Equivalent qualifications, skills, or relevant work experience will also be considered.

  • Experience supporting research, data analysis, project coordination, programme management, or related activities is preferred.

  • Familiarity with data collection, validation, reporting, and information management practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization.

  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Excellent research, writing, and documentation skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations.

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in document management, version control, and data accuracy.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain appropriate data governance practices.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and culturally diverse environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.

Skills Required
