Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Programmatic Manager who will be reporting to Programmatic Director to join our global Paid Media team. You will be able to utilize our existing ad operations, optimization, and marketing skills and be involved in developing major client accounts.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.

  • Develop insights to inform our client's strategies.

  • Partner with Business Development to generate strategies for prospective clients.

  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.

  • Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.

  • Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data.

  • Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.

  • Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.

  • Required to work in EST working hours.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Programmatic advertising in an agency environment

  • Knowledge of real-time bidding, ad formats such as display, video, and CTV, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform

  • Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, Amazon, & The Trade Desk

  • Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.

  • Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents

  • Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands

  • Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.

  • Experience trafficking campaigns in ad servers like CM360
