You’ll guide a talented team, strengthen key relationships, and keep our programmatic engine running at full speed. Whether you’re negotiating deals or elevating our DSP presence, you’ll bring energy, clarity, and a spark that clients remember.
Core responsibilities include:
- Ensure that Dentsu Programmatic delivers both strategic consulting alongside brilliant Programmatic Media execution for our clients -Delivery, Measurement, Optimisation & Insight
- Lead client management and agency relationships to ensure that communications are consistent and objectives are understood
- Team leadership & delivery excellence: Guide the team through client requests, strategic planning, and campaign brief responses. You’ll champion high standards, cross‑team collaboration, and seamless delivery across client catchups and QBRs.
- Be at the forefront of Programmatic Media Strategy by having an unrivalled knowledge of the capability and relevant and consistent experience across the different experience touch points.
- Work with key publishers and partners to drive training, innovation and growth for our clients
- Delivering campaign performance and strategy that drives financial growth for our clients and understanding in programmatic
A bit about you:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in programmatic advertising, with a track record of managing teams and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Deep hands‑on expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Proven ability to negotiate deals and manage relationships across publishers, partners, and DSPs.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients, leading education sessions, and contributing to strategic discussions.

Salary range for this role is $90k - $100k per annum inclusive of Superannuation, and dependent on experience.
