Your Role: Programmatic Executive
As a Programmatic Executive, you’ll help drive programmatic revenue across Global and our partners’ Outdoor & Audio portfolios through the DAX platform. This is a hybrid sales and trading role where you’ll support agency relationships while managing campaigns from set-up through to optimisation.
As a Programmatic Executive at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Delivery: Build a strong technical understanding of DAX and manage campaigns end-to-end, including PMP and deal ID set-up, pacing, optimisation and troubleshooting. Track upcoming campaigns, flag outstanding assets or deadlines and work with Ad Ops on creative rejections.
Commercial & Agency Support: Help generate programmatic revenue across our agencies by supporting Programmatic Managers with briefs, campaign recommendations and agency requirements.
Revenue, Reporting & Insights: Support pipeline management, revenue tracking and forecasting. Pull campaign reports and data to inform post-campaign analysis and identify opportunities to improve delivery and performance.
Collaboration & Programmatic Expertise: Work closely with Product, Operations, Ad Ops and Sales to deliver campaigns efficiently, share programmatic knowledge and support the creation of sales collateral.

Built confidence using DAX and Global’s reporting systems.
Developed a strong understanding of programmatic revenue across key agencies and products.
Supported the management of an accurate sales pipeline and campaign forecast.
Set up and troubleshot deal IDs and managed live campaign pacing.
Built relationships across internal agency teams and agency trading desks.
What You’ll Need
Digital Advertising Knowledge: Experience or proven skills within digital advertising, with programmatic experience desirable.
Analytical Problem Solving: A solutions-focused approach with strong data analysis skills and confidence interpreting campaign performance.
Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with different teams and personalities.
Tools & Industry Knowledge: Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of DOOH and/or audio is a bonus. Media or platform certifications are also welcome.
