Role Summary and Impact

The Programmatic Campaign Specialist will be a hands-on expert responsible for the execution, optimization, and management of programmatic media campaigns across various DSPs. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic buying mechanics, a keen eye for data, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into effective campaign activations, ensuring optimal delivery and performance for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up, launch, and managing programmatic campaigns directly within major DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google DV360) and external tools.
  • Monitoring campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Implementing ongoing optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness and achieving client objectives.
  • Developing and refining audience targeting strategies based on campaign goals (branding/performance).
  • Conducting regular reviews of campaign pacing, budget utilization, and overall performance.
  • Staying updated on programmatic technologies, DSP features, and industry best practices, acting as a point of contact for tech-related topics.
  • Designing and executing tests to evaluate the impact of new features, products, formats, and tactics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic or ad trafficking within a media agency or similar environment.
  • Proven operational proficiency with major DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google DV360) for campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking, attribution, and reporting platforms.
  • Good knowledge of ad servers, rich media vendors, and web debugging tools.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and highly focused on data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • A passion for digital advertising and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A keen interest in leveraging data and emerging technologies, including AI tools, for enhanced understanding and efficiency.
