Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified™) is seeking a Programmatic Campaign Specialist to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team. 


We’re looking for an experienced programmatic expert with a deep understanding of advertiser-side of operations. He/ She would be involved in trafficking, conducting quality checks, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting and optimizing programmatic campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be analytical and data-driven and should be able to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, issues, etc.
  • Traffic all creatives into platform and set up campaigns prior to launch date
  • Oversee QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performance
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns by collaborating with multiple teams
  • Monitor the success of Campaigns through media analytics, KPIs, and dashboards
  • Identify performance trends across accounts and implement appropriate account optimization based on the insights generated.
  • Document and provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and profit margin analysis
  • Work with internal teams to provide clients with programmatic media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives
  • Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's
  • Should have worked on DV360

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic campaign management for planning, execution, trafficking, optimizing and reporting within DV360.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Must be hands-on with MS Excel
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
