What You'll Do
- Assess client business goals and media requirements to deliver tailored solutions and strategic recommendations for audience and measurement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate ROI
- Lead post-campaign reviews and client presentations, aligning on performance, learnings, and next steps
- Develop and activate audience strategies aligned to client media plans, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Monitor, optimise, and troubleshoot campaigns, audiences, and measurement to ensure smooth delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support effective execution
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes
Who You Are
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of programmatic advertising experience with a proven track record of growing accounts and establishing strong client relationships
- Strong programmatic expertise and confidence working with a range of ad-tech vendors, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, and ad-verification platforms
- Solid experience in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data visualization
