We're currently expanding the digital team in Dentsu Croatia to support one of the most ambitious partnerships in the industry: BMW Group x iProspect (Dentsu agency)

Role Purpose:

As a Programmatic Account Manager at dentsu Croatia, you will work with Account Directors and Senior Account Managers on a day-to-day basis to ensure campaigns consistently meet and exceed performance objectives. You’ll play a key role in optimising campaign outcomes by testing innovative solutions, analysing performance data, and implementing learnings to drive continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provides day-to-day implementation, optimisation, and upload of client campaigns through DSP platforms
  • Liaises with vendors and third-party partners to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas
  • Working together with the Account Director and Senior Account Managers to deliver client strategies, KPI's & deadlines
  • Ensure best practice in all programmatic activities
  • Ensures client reports are on target and are providing maximum value at the client-requested cadence
  • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly pacing and management of budgets
  • Responsible for account management with direct communication with the client about Programmatic activities

Skills requirements:

  • Ability to analyse numerical data and pull out reasonable and rational conclusions, digest client goals/objectives, and synthesise recommendations based on that input
  • A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
  • Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion and accuracy, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
  • Budget planning and control, as well as project management of tasks received directly from the client

Your experience and required knowledge

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a Programmatic role at a media/performance agency
  • Very good knowledge of DV360 and Adform is a must
  • Knowledge of other major DSP platforms (e.g. The Trade Desk) is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of market development and trends in Programmatic advertising
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Working proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Campaign setup & optimisation: Audience segmentation and targeting / Inventory and deal management / Creative testing / Bidding strategies
  • Presentation confidence and professionalism in dealing with colleagues and customers (in writing/on the phone/in person)
