OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox CorporationUnder the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.JOB DESCRIPTIONRed Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).
Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.
You are a programmatic seller who knows the agency and buy-side landscape inside out. You have built relationships with programmatic buyers, agency trading desks, and DSP-side teams that allow you to walk into any room and have a substantive conversation about deal flow, attribution, and yield. You understand that selling programmatic at a premium publisher is fundamentally different from selling at a network or aggregator — the conversation is about audience quality, brand-safe inventory, performance proof points, and integrated deal structures, not just CPM and reach. You are commercially driven, technically curious, and energized by the chance to grow a book of business across one of the most compelling creator portfolios in audio and digital media. This role reports to the VP of Ad Tech & Revenue Strategy and partners closely with the broader RSV sales, ad operations, and ad tech teams.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the full deal lifecycle: pitch, deal ID setup, activation, optimization, troubleshooting, and renewal
- Collaborate with the Programmatic Account Manager and Ad Operations teams to ensure deals are set up correctly and performing against client expectations
- Build strong relationships with agency programmatic teams and key DSP buyers, becoming their go-to partner for premium audio and creator inventory
- Develop pitch materials, media plans, and case studies tailored to advertiser objectives and verticals
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, attribution methodologies, and emerging programmatic products
- Provide weekly pipeline updates, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility into account health
- Identify and surface product feedback and feature requests from buyers to inform RSV's ad tech roadmap
- Represent RSV at industry events, agency upfronts, and partner roadshows

- Strong fluency in attribution and measurement (Podscribe, Magellan AI, Claritas, pixel-based methodologies)
