About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Programmatic & Digital Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, optimization and reporting of programmatic advertising campaigns across global markets. This role will be responsible for driving awareness and consideration, as well as enabling store visits and eCommerce performance through programmatic display, video, CTV, OTT, native and digital audio channels. This will be a role spanning multiple markets in multiple sizes, so global experience or experience adapting strategies to differing markets and budgets would be a requirement.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns through DSPs such as DV360 and other leading programmatic platforms, with strong expertise in audience strategy, media planning, campaign optimization, measurement and attribution.
This role will work closely with performance marketing, analytics, creative and regional marketing teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute programmatic media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Build audience-first media plans across display, video, native, audio, mobile, OTT and Connected TV (CTV).
- Identify opportunities to expand reach, improve efficiency and drive incremental business impact.
- Plan full-funnel campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Campaign Management
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google DV360
- Other DSPs (The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, StackAdapt, Amazon DSP or equivalent)
- Programmatic video and display networks
- CTV and OTT inventory
Manage campaign setup including:
- Audience targeting
- Frequency controls
- Creative trafficking
- Inventory selection

Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and pacing targets.
Measurement & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization recommendations.

Audience & Data Management

- CM360
- One or more major DSPs
- Experience managing six-figure monthly media budgets.
