Our Northstar Program Team is searching for a new colleague as Program Test Manager (f/m/d).
You can perform the job fully remote in one European country. You need to travel to the site Neuburg a.d. Kammel once a month.

Your tasks

  • Leading and managing the entire testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and final reporting 
  • Overseeing the testing scope, which includes: 

  • Global processes defined in the NorthStar Template that includes interfaces, roles and processes

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases based on user stories, use cases, and requirements. 

  • Effectively documenting and tracking testing activities and outcomes using JIRA. 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Ensuring efficient and thorough testing of all deliverables in compliance with the NorthStar Program objectives. 

Your profile

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining test plans and test cases. 

  • Proven ability to manage and execute test activities effectively during sprints. 

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA, in an industrial manufacturing context. 

  • Proficiency with Cloud ALM, Signavio, JIRA, Confluence for managing test cases, defects, and results. 

  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. 

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in German and English, including experience working with third-party suppliers and internal teams in a global environment.
