Our Northstar Program Team is searching for a new colleague as Program Test Manager (f/m/d).
You can perform the job fully remote in one European country. You need to travel to the site Neuburg a.d. Kammel once a month.
Your tasks
- Leading and managing the entire testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and final reporting

Overseeing the testing scope, which includes:

Global processes defined in the NorthStar Template that includes interfaces, roles and processes

Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases based on user stories, use cases, and requirements.

Effectively documenting and tracking testing activities and outcomes using JIRA.

Collaborating with cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders.

Ensuring efficient and thorough testing of all deliverables in compliance with the NorthStar Program objectives.
Your profile

Expertise in developing and maintaining test plans and test cases.

Proven ability to manage and execute test activities effectively during sprints.

Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4 HANA, in an industrial manufacturing context.

Proficiency with Cloud ALM, Signavio, JIRA, Confluence for managing test cases, defects, and results.

Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in German and English, including experience working with third-party suppliers and internal teams in a global environment.
