Position Summary:
ErinoakKids is currently seeking an energetic Program Support Assistant to work with our clinical team by ensuring the toys and resources used with clients are cleaned, disinfected and safe for use. This role will require the successful candidate to clean/disinfect toys, move around the site, access items in cupboards, filing cabinets and drawers, and photocopy materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of toy kits and clinician handouts by ensuring toys and materials are cleaned and organized on a daily basis;
- Inspect toys for breakage and repair/discard as per organizational process, if required;
- Filing/photocopying;
- Other duties as assigned;
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 12:00pm to 4:30pm.
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to work in a team environment;
- Be flexible and adaptable;
- Enjoy working in a team atmosphere;
- Good manual dexterity;
- Must be self-directed; able to lift, carry and return objects;
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
