Program Success Enablement Analyst – Demand to Renew (D2R) Global Transformation Program

The Program Success Enablement Analyst is a critical role helping to enable Rockwell Automation's Enterprise Transformation to an outcome-based and data-driven organization by supporting the development and execution of Change Management strategies. This includes ensuring changes to business processes, systems and technology, and organizational readiness for the Demand to Renew (D2R) initiative. Demand to Renew paves the way for a single connected experience that enables a seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle that maximizes value, minimizes risk, and optimizes time.
The Program Success Enablement Analyst's primary responsibilities will be project managing the team's activities, integrating a holistic view of success enablement activities, executing key Success Enablement Program activities, including stakeholder lists and validations per release, and communications, including owning the release end-user engagement plans (i.e. comms, training, change network check-ins, etc.).
The Program Success Enablement Analyst will also work closely with the Program Operations and Change Management team – including regional change leads, success enablement leads, and training leads, to ensure the integration of change management activities into project plans. Please note this role does not have managerial responsibilities
You will report to the Director- Strategic Planning & Operations, Data analytics and work from one of our offices based in Milwaukee,Mayfield Heights or Houston.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Program Success Enablement Analyst, you will
- Project Manage
- Establish regular meeting and reporting schedules for the Success Enablement (SE) team to ensure communication and progress tracking through the project
- Maintain Jira Align to track the progress of SE team activities and deliverables
- Coordination with the PMs for the D2R Program team engagement points (PI Planning, retros, etc)
- Execute SE Program Activities
- Per Release: Create SE Mobilization Plan (Gantt Chart)
- Per Release: Stakeholder List Creation, validations, and maintenance
- Establish and document the process for reviewing and approving Success Enablement deliverables.
- Once: Conduct learning method analysis to examine the different learning methods aiming to optimize learning outcomes and prepare for a successful implementation.
- Once: Conduct a Learning Tool Analysis designed to assess the learning tools proposed for D2R Training by providing insight into the strengths and weaknesses resulting in specific recommended learning tools.
- Communicate & Engage
- Per Release: Maintains release end-user engagement plans (comms, training, change network check-ins, etc.)
- Coordination with the Enterprise Communications team for awareness of the D2R master engagement plan
- Draft program-level communication and coordinate distribution
- Own Translations
- Once: Conduct translation tool analysis
- Per release: Develop a plan for translating content and communications for different regions or languages, managed by the logistics project manager.
- Enable Learning:
- Translates learning content via Transperfect tool
- Inputs self-paced materials into LMS
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically requires 8 years' work experience in change management, organizational design, business impact measurement, customer success, sales enablement, or product marketing
- Expertise: Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous but not mandatory. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
- Specialization: Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Atlassian suite a plus; prior experience with agile and other program and portfolio management methodologies.
- Product marketing experience is a plus
- Global Mindset: Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues in both business and technical roles
- Equanimity: Must have excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
