To join our team as a Program Specialist. In this role, candidates will be part of a program delivery team responsible for designing and implementing innovative and equitable residential energy-efficiency programs in Oregon and Southwest Washington (preference for candidates in these locations).

This role will be supporting the delivery of a program that specializes in connecting customers experiencing lower incomes, communities of color, and rural customers with financial and information resources to make their home more energy efficient – and lower their energy bills. CLEAResult seeks a candidate with relationship-building, project management and business acumen skills to grow with our company. This candidate will support program development and implementation to ensure that projects are completed on-time and with high quality. This role will also be accountable for developing trusted relationships with our clients, external community-based organizations, tradespeople, and internal team members across the organization. This position will also have tasks ranging from updating program materials, developing system or operational processes, reviewing program activity and supporting quarterly reporting, and other administrative support tasks for the overall program.
Additional responsibilities:
- Prepare and contribute to deliverables (reports, memos, strategy plans, etc.) for Program management and clients.
- Have strong time-management and project management skills, and direct experience managing competing priorities
- Be curious, creative, think outside the box, and grow into helping to identify and implement program changes that helps our program serve more customers.
- Help summarize key trends and details of partner and stakeholder activity.
- Maintain relationships with internal program stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Attend project meetings and disseminate information to appropriate parties.
- Develop, update, and refine program materials that could include program forms, website copy, marketing materials, and more.
- Be able to demonstrate capacity to work collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
- 2-5 years combined work and/or industry experience ideally with non-profit organizations, residential contracting, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency and/or general project management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong writing and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality; organized and process-oriented.
- Problem Solving, Working Under Pressure, Analytical, Process Oriented, Computer Savvy
- Bilingual communication skills a plus (fluency in Spanish preferred)
- Working knowledge of navigating CRM or similar database.
